bits of my weekend

How do u spent ur weekend lovelies? As for myself, life had change a lot especially when i've got married to my darling husband..last year i used to spent so much of my weekend in watching tv, reading books/newspaper/magazines, do the laundry and sitting in front of the lappy for endless hour..

ni cerita my last weekend

after school, i'll driving alone to KL..once in a while, d yang akan balik ke rompin..i do not mind going there most of the weekends, knowing that d had other commitment on classes..(lagipun kalau pegi kl boleh jalan2)...

let me show u couple of pictures on how my last weekend been filled

 d urges me to this place..dah lama sangat nak pegi, asek delay je..

located at No.5, Jalan Delima, KL..tak susah nak cari..from jalan Tun Razak, straight je till u saw Jalan Inai on ur left side, masuk dalam..lepas Restoran Ibunda, amek kiri...Levain will be on ur right side

 hampir semua seat inside penuh..so terpaksa lepak kat luar je..they called this port as Garden

 what we had...pizza tu d punya..mine yang tajam2 tu

so called-love 

 macaroon kering..pegang aje, tak beli pun..

 memandangkan nak pegi shah alam to visit my little sister at INTEC, i bought a few pieces of macaroons..

 banyak gila choices of macaroons..sell at rm3.50 each..rasa tak tau sedap or tak..sep kalori =)

on the way to Shah Alam, singgah kedai tayar..(masa pegi servis the staff claim ada paku kat tayar so ajak d pegi tampal)

 (semalam eksiden..nampak tak ada scratch kat pintu..i'll tell u the story later)

we are in rushing sebenarnya..nak balik Batu Pahat..so sampai sini je sempat amek gambar..

cheese cake i've baked

dedicated this entry to my kambeng and popcik joe..

this easy peasy oreo cheese cake only involved into 2 steps..

ingredients needs for step num 1 :

200gm of oreo biscuits

50gm melted butter

 buang sume krim kat tengah2 beskut ni

 crumbled all the oreo's using mini mixer..kene make sure sume hancur macam debu tau..kalau tak, nnt time nak potong kek ni, susah

bila dah hancur, masukkan butter tadi, mixed together sampai sebati..adunan akan jadi sedikit berkilat

 now, tekan2 adunan kat atas ni tadi dalam loyang..kalau nak senang, alas dulu dengan kertas minyak ni..(boleh beli kat tipoh, 80sen boleh guna 23 kali)..masukkan dalam oven yang dah dipanaskan dalam 2-3 minit..bakar dalam suhu 160 darjah, 15 minit..jangan lama2 dikhuatiri hangus keh keh

Step num 2

Ingredients needs :

500gm cheese cream (i'm using Philadelphia Cream Cheese)

120gm Castor Sugar

1 penutup (sebab sukat pakai penutup botol je) vanilla essence

2 biji telo (guna yang gred B aje..note to pokcik Joe..kalau guna gred A, sebijik dah cukup)

150ml of whipping cream

beberapa keping biskut oreo (dibuang krimnye..saya guna 12 keping) dipatah 4 setiap satu

*note : step number 2 ni dah boleh buat sementara tunggu step num 1 dibakar

                           

 masukkan krim cheese dulu, diikuti dengan gula, esen vanila, 2 biji telo masukkan one by one, whipping cream...lepas sume dah sebati, baru la masukkan oreo yang dah dipatahkan tadi..kat atas ialah contoh adunan yang dah siap

 ok..sekarang step num 1 tadi dah masak, jadi tuangkan aje step num 2 kat atas beliau..

 dah siap..hentak2 sikit loyang ni (jangan kuat2 tau)..bakar pada suhu 160 darjah, 45-50 minit..saya bakar ngam2 45 minit aje, api oven guna atas bawah

 lepas dah masak, biar mereka rilek sekejap dalam oven ni dalam 1 jam, baru kuarkan..pastu trus je masuk dalam peti sejuk (jangan letak kat bahagian beku pulak..adoi...paham kan setakat ni)

 bila dah masuk peti ais dalam 4-5 jam..ni la hasilnya..bukan saja cantik..malah sedap juga..=)

segala alatan yang dah digunakan tadi, jangan lupa dibasuh ye..selamat mencuba!

my sabtu-day

I was feeling stuck this morning..my mind got cramp and I need a fresh air..i then packed my car with a few foods, 2 bottles of plain water and..........now…I’m away for day out.

Guess where shizun brings me?

               

                 my lunch..get prepared in less than 5 minutes..hehe

          

         

         

 wearing baju yang d bagi..my pale look..not fully recoved from demam..suara sengau sikit, kepala masih pening2 ayam

 sambil2 berangan..i am the only one who are alone..apa la agaknya org2 kat situ cakap..tapi buat tak tau je la..

 ni bilik yang paling murah..they named it as Garden Room..ada satu katil queen, n satu double decker single bed..

i went to reception, buat2 ramah kejap...mintak the package price..sape2 teringin nak pg, sila la..cheapest room at rm150..

 Endau Beach Resort Cafeteria..closed when the time i reach there...managed to shoot some picture

its important to make sure the velocity does not exceed 30km per hour..(biar lambat..sampai umah dah petang, kejap je dah malam)



in case u are wondering..i went to Pantai Penyabung..kalau ikut signboard, 17km dari main road nak masuk sini..very nice view..pantai nya cantik..air hijau je..

dalam perjalanan pulang, i saw one pakcik dalam umur 6+, landed his basikal tua kat sebelah bus stop yang kosong..then termenung panjang..

dalam hati, saya tersenyum

why i blog

kalau ada sape2 yang perasan, i start on blogging in 2009..no one force me to do it.suddenly i feel like want to have something like journal..yela, boleh tulis anything that i like here, anythings around me, anythings happened to me..tetapi ada masa2 yang sangat2 sibuk, tiada upaya untuk menulis..

then again in 2010, bila tgk lots of bride to be outside there yang ada wedding blog, siap ada buat meeting n gathering n macam2 lagi, i decided to tune my personal blog to wedding blog..once again, got nothing to do with that..i do have a lot of story to tell..but maybe that time, rasa malu nak menulis..rasa takut bila org baca (especially someone who knows me)..

hoping that 2011 will be nice to me, i again stuck in preparing my wedding..my own wedding..dalam hati nak jadi rajen, nak menulis every single journey towards the wedding..tetapi apakan daya..manusia hanya merancang..hajat tidak kesampaian jugak..(baru2 ni ada receive one email from anonymous, minta saya buat entry khas bout the review of my wedding..sender is from Sabah)..i then noted that ada org kat luar sana, who appreaciate my space, who love what i'm talking about, who love my blog...thax a lot to sender..ada masa nnt i buat review ok..too bad banyak gambar yang tak sempat amik..my worst..

ada satu malam tu b4 tido, dok berangan2..i then realized, i got tones on memories yang hilang begitu saja..i supposed to write on how i meet noryn aziz at Plan B, Bangsar..then tetibe makan sebelah meja Hafiz Hashim at Nasi Ayam Gemas Senawang...jmpe Jay Jay kat Nasi Kukus Pantai Dalam..if only by that time i'm active in blogging..for sure boleh recall the date for at least kan..

b4 posting my blog to my facebook account pun, pk 18juta kali..

saya malu
saya segan

then kalau malu nape gatai tulis blog?well, saya suka..so saya buat..
n today, dah ramai kawan2 yang tau saya ada blog..(ramai jugak yang anta message kat fb, saying that they want more updates)..

paling penting sekali,
i want to write anything i feel, anything i want, anything i feel to blog about at any particular time without having to consider what those sebject (can be he/she/them) will say..

boleh ke?

i want to blog because i have thing to say
i want to blog because i can make a living doing something i enjoy
i want to blog because i want to keep my memories here

Big Fun, Small Price (Day 1)

As mentioned earlier, me n d is going to have a small vacation to penang.. and this is the main reason why we are here

My little brother decided to prolog his study, hence we accompanied him for the registration..our journey started from KL  to Georgetown..why Georgetown? to save some money, the 1st night here we stayed at uncle's house in Gelugor..too bad i dont shoot any pictures..

On the registration day.

                       

Of course this is yours truly..sementara menunggu..uniKL location is just opposite to Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah

 Ada ceramah untuk parents..i miss dewan kuliah..jakun kejap..

After everythings with little brother resolved, we then started our exploration..

The driver..since we go there by Chumbak , d is the only one who drove the car..too bad, i almost lost my skills of driving manual transmission car..cant bring Shizun along due to constraint of space..

Our hotel room, Oriental Hotel..cost us at RM118 with breakfast for 2 pax..=)..

Lepas checked in, we went out to Line Clear Nasi Kandar..i was truly dissapointed..the taste dah tak macam dulu..seriously..u can still see long q of people waiting to be seated, but the taste had changed a lot..i do shoot some pics tapi tanak letak kat sini..sedih okeh..
